Well experienced - well credentialed counselor with a wide variety of clientele for over 12 years. In my past I’ve had great experiences and success working with Children, Adolscents and Adults from all walks of life in a wide variety of outpatient settings. These experiences have given me unique insight and tools in helping clients both online and in my private practice.
I have also worked with those who suffer with serious mental illnesses such as Major Depressive Disorders, Bipolar Disorder and other Chronic and Persistent Mental/Emotional/Social Disorders in both inpatient and outptient settings.
I use Reality, Solutions-oriented, Brief and Problem Solving therapeutic techniques to assist you in solving your issues of today and better cope with tomorrow. I find these techniques assist you in finding a relatively quick solution to your issues.
I am also a guest advise columnist for my local newspaper.
