I have worked for 20 years in the mental health field providing therapy to children, adults and families. During my years as a Psychosocial Therapist I have helped those who have suffered from many types of mental illness,traumas,family conflict and low self esteem. Ifocused on helping them to rebuild their lives and to see their inner strength and learn to love themselves for who they are, and not let what has happened to them define them or continue to take away from their lives. As a therapist i have worked with adults as well as working with children and families. My goal is to educate, empower and help you achieve your goals.
