I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, specializing in trauma, grief and compassion fatigue among providers. I have extensive experience in providing consulting and supervision services for both students and professional counselors. Below are the services that I offer for supervision and consultations:
Long-distance telephone supervision: Supervision and/or consultation is provided by phone. Supervision is based on case discussion and/or review of audiotapes. This can incorporate a group format if so desired.
Clinical consultation: Consultation on hard-to-serve cases can be arranged in person or by telephone. Consultation on curriculum development for children's treatment groups is also available.
Training: In-service training throughout North America and abroad can be arranged on a variety of topics including: Compassion fatigue in treatment providers, trauma and grief, as well as Overcoming Negativity in the Workplace.

I have over 5+ years in the field of consulting and supervision. My training revolves around trauma, grief, and compassion fatigue.
The impact of working with this clientele on our daily lives can be difficult especially when coupled with negativity in the workplace. I have developed and implemented unique strategies to help you become a more effective psychotherapist while coping with negativity or stressors within the workplace environment.
