Counseling supervision can be a single session to bounce ideas back and forth about a client causing you concern, or an on-going supervision of your practice. I can help you with either. I have been both Executive Director of a Mental Health facility and Director of Day Treatment. I supervised both administrative clinicians and line clinicians, individually and in team supervision. I can keep you focused.

Experience & Qualifications

I have been Executive Director of a Community Mental Health Center for 16 years and prior to that I was Director of Psychiatric Day Treatment for 11 years. I have been supervising clinical staff throughout that time, in addition to providing direct clinical services. I have also supervised clinical students and volunteers.
In addition, I have supervised administrative staff and can provide consultation in administrative issues.
