I partner with my clients and help them get to the heart of their problems and together we create an action plan that will provide positive results. I specialize in relationship issues: marital problems, infidelity, breaking-up, divorce, dating and relationships. Additional specialty in workplace issues and stressors: job loss, interpersonal conflicts, and performance problems. Counseling also for depression, anxiety, parenting. We can chat online or on the phone. Emails are also welcome.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience working in Outpatient Mental Health Clinics providing comprehensive counseling and interventions for individuals and families. Led numerous workshops and groups on relationships, dating, divorce and parenting. Additional experience working in an EAP setting as counselor and consultant providing telephonic counseling and brief therapy to clients in crisis. Issues relating to relationships, divorce, infidelity, financial stress, depression and anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, job loss and workplace issues and stressors.
