I am a compassionate, accredited Counsellor(BACP)in Humanistic Person-Centred Approach, holding MSc in Exercise and Health Behaviour, BSc in Physiology,Certificate in psychosexual therapy/Couple counseling, Dip in Sports Psychology,advanced diploma in Eating Disorders Practitioner ; as well as Reiki II Healing and EFT Level 2 Practitioner qualifications. I hold certificate for group therapy, Sex Therapy for individuals and couples, with intimacy and Sexual Dysfunctions.

Have been offering Counseling for the last 17years, 9 years dedicated to being an expert in Eating Disorders and Sex Therapy fields. I work with people referred by self, Doctors, Gynaecologist, Dieticians and Heath Visitors.
My vast hands on experience with clients has allowed me to write couple of self-help books. Most Sexual Difficulties in your relationship, childhood trauma such as abuse or rape, and even Eating disorders can all be overcome, with compassion, understanding, and the in depth knowledge of these fields. With my experience and non-judgemental approach, you can expect to feel better, more optimistic about your future with solutions even after one session!
