My expertise centers around all aspects of the car selling and buying experience. I will guide customers buying vehicles and I will answer questions for sales professionals already working, or considering the automotive retail business. I also edit resumes and write cover letters for job applicants.

Experience & Qualifications

I have over two decades in the car business as an internal communicator and employee facilitator with a major automotive manufacturer located in Detroit. I was also an Adjunct Lecturer in Humanities at the University of Michigan. As a career change, I learned the retail side of the automotive business and sold over 600 vehicles in just over three years. I was promoted to a sales training position and then became a director of training and recruiting for one of the largest privately held dealership operatives located in the United States. I currently own my own training and recruiting company, VTR Consulting LLC, tied mainly to retail dealerships.
I am Association of Finance Insurance Professionals (AFIP) Senior Certified and I am a Management by Strengths (MBS) Certified trainer.
