My interest in fashion began when I was a child. My mother was my first role model, and some of my fondest memories are of shopping trips with her. She planted a seed that was nourished over the years, and I have maintained an active involvement in style ever since. As a "woman of a certain age," I especially enjoy working with my peers who want to look unique and stylish while avoiding the pitfalls of dressing too young or too old. My goal is to help mature women dress in a way that effectively reflects who they are and how they live their lives.

I am the co-author of Sam Saboura's Real Style: Style Secrets for Real Women with Real Bodies. Working on this book with a professional stylist of Sam's caliber gave me a better understanding of how to advise other women, a skill that is supplemented by my own innate sense of what works and what doesn't. My background includes work as an advertising stylist and a personal shopper.
