I have been around retail since I was 5. When I graduated from UCLA, I wanted to start my own business. I bought returns, damages, and closeouts from Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue and began selling them on eBay. My business took off and I became an eBay powerseller for 6 years. I had around a 1000 auctions a week and 4 employees. During this time, I also owned a store which sold closeouts from Macy's department stores.
