Companies and Clients
Webs.com – Director of Customer Experience – (2003 – 2010)
I managed the customer relations department, quality assurance, functionality testing, and usability testing. I was also managed teams in the following projects:
– domain sale user-flow
– site builder revisions as a result of usability testing
- widgetbank to help seamlessly embed widgets and applications to user sites
– community pages to feature sites and engage site owners

Widgetbox.com – 2005 – 2008
I was a premier developer in the Widgetbox platform, working closely with their Senior Director of Community and Strategic Partnerships as well as developers in their early stages. I started my own widget development shop, FancyGens.com, managing developers in Ukraine, Romania, and India to engineer website widgets and social media applications. The company was later dissolved and the domain sold after a conflict of interest arose between these activities and new marketing efforts at Webs.com

Warner Brothers Record – 2006 – 2007
I worked with the VP of new media at Warner Brother's Records to encourage customer engagement around their brand as well as artists through the use of website widgets. This was before Facebook's application platform.

Gap.com – 2007
This was Gap.com's first attempt at a Facebook application, and it was mine as well. This “secret project” was later featured when Bebo launched their application platform. The application allowed people to interact with the product and engage the brand by turning themselves into “Gap Models,” wearing the upcoming Fall line.

YogaJournal.com – 2008
Pose of the Day application on Facebook was developed to generate engagement with the brand and promote magazine subscription sales.

I am currently consulting for several brands to develop marketing campaigns through social media in hopes of increasing user engagement and customer loyalty. Companies will be added once projects have been launched successfully.
