Katherine has been helping me with a really big problem since November and she has dedicated her time daily to help me since we started. Even though the work she was doing was intensive and required a lot of her energy/focus daily throughout the past few months.. she still put aside time to help me resolve some immediate concerns that required her attention ASAP.
