What does it mean?

Not all dreams are a warning or fortell the future. Images seen rarely mean exactly what is shown. A baby for example may fortell a birth, a life transition or warn of a need to slow down or simplify your life. The correct interpreation really depends on what the story is before and after the image is seen.

Why medications matter? Some medications play tricks on your mind. The dreams or images may mean nothing at all. Think of it like a corrupt file in your hard drive. You may need to adjust something simple like not consuming coffee prior to bedtime or you may need to ask your doctor to prescribe an alternative.

BEFORE contacting me, please write down as many details you can remember of your dream.

This includes: 1. Frequency (have you had the same or similar dream more than once? How often?) 2. Colors - did you FEEL, interpret or see any colors? 3. Details - even the most seemingly insignificant detail may have meaning. Be very descriptive when relaying the content of your dream. 4. Recognition - were there any people/places or things that you recognized OR felt you recognized but could not quite identify readily? 5. Time - Is this during your regular sleep/rest cycle? 6. Sleep Habit - Is your sleep pattern regular OR are you a shift worker? 7. Medications - Have you had any changes or additions of new medications? Particularly medications that are designed to aid blood pressure, heart, mind or medicated "patches"? 8. When you first had the dream what was your immediate reaction? Fear, curiosity, happiness.........
