Katherine has been helping me with a really big problem since November and she has dedicated her time daily to help me since we started. Even though the work she was doing was intensive and required a lot of her energy/focus daily throughout the past few months.. she still put aside time to help me resolve some immediate concerns that required her attention ASAP. We are almost done with all the work that was required and I have been really feeling the impact of it lately.
