I've had six years of intensive Aromatherapy and Essential Oil experience. My expertise is currently used as an added bonus in spas located in the New Orleans area. My therapy is used to treat the body as a whole; being mind, body and spirit.
I provide Healing Instruction for the Ultimate Mediations, either alone and/or through Yoga.

I have used my Aromatherapy and Essential Oil experience in Reiki, emotional breakthrough healing, physical therapy, raindrop techniques, as well as in professional spas.
I am a personal trainer and instructor in the art of Mediation, Yoga and Pilates. Some of my sponsors include First Ascent of New Orleans.
