Human life is an ambiguity created by the combination of inner self and outer life. A person’s inner life is based upon their soul consciousness and the awareness of their own expansiveness and freedom. A person’s outer life, on the other hand, is based upon their being material objects — objects which are limited in their freedom by other objects. As a holistic healer I believe in integrating mind, spirit and body. 

Integration of body, mind and spirit can be achieved by various Holistic Healing methods encompassing Eastern philosophy, mystical traditions, Native American beliefs, Celtic Goddess worship and psychic phenomena. Esoteric knowledge coupled with contemporary scientific advances, an open mind and a positive attitude help in integrating the inner and outer self and the environment in which we live. 

As a holistic healer, I believe that our discomforts or pains are merely symptoms of an imbalance. The imbalance could be a physical issue, the result of abusing the physical body through an unhealthy diet, lack of exercise, or too little sleep. Or, the imbalance may be the result of mental, emotional, or spiritual needs not being met. No aspect (body, mind, spirit, or emotions) of a person is overlooked when a holistic treatment is sought.

Ability to heal is a universal human skill that is as natural as breathing. Reiki energy is life force energy and Reiki healing is an ancient hands-on technique of healing. It can be channelized as distance healing also. It is a gentle loving energy that feels like a breeze of cool air. It is refreshing and soothing. It is very experiential. Reiki is not a religion, but it is often confused with religion because of its spiritual components. Its founder Dr Mikao Usui added the Reiki Principles, when he realized that the body can not be fully healed unless the spiritual self or the soul of the person being treated is also addressed.

Rieki Creed or Reiki principles should be followed by a healer and a healee. Here is the traditional Reiki Creed:

Just for today, do not anger.

Just for today, do not worry.

Honor your parents, teachers, and elders.

Earn your living honestly.

Show gratitude to every living thing.

Distance Healing Method:

I look at the "whole person" in order to make his or her complete evaluation and use all information gathered before offering Reiki healing. At present I offer only distance Reiki Healing. I require recent photograph of the healee to channelize Reiki energy.

While receiving Reiki healing, find a quiet place and sit comfortably or lie down. Take a few deep breaths and relax totally. Generally, one session lasts for about 20-30 minutes. You can switch off your mobile phones and other distracting devices during the session.

Reiki works on intention. So, be open and willing to receive the healing. While receiving Reiki energy healing, you do not have to focus or visualize anything. You can feel the soothing energy as light or simply as Divine Love. Within a few minutes you feel peaceful and may doze off. Sometimes symptoms of detoxification may occur. Generally, they are mild and not very severe. In response to the Reiki energy, body clears out the rubbish from the system. Surrender to the highest Spirit and allow all the experiences.
