Children learn to mimic our behaviors not just by watching and listening to us, but also by feeling. Many of the emotions and thoughts that run through us have nothing to do with us and are not ours. Have you ever had a day when you were feeling wonderful, the phone rings, and it is someone you know having a bad day. You hang up the phone, and you find that that wonderful feeling is just a fading memory. This is the perfect example of someone else’s emotion running through you.

I work in schools with teachers, administrators, and children to create a harmonious environment. I also work with families. After having issues with my own daughter I taught her tools that allowed her to become happy and do better in school. Teachers have commented that their children are more alert and ready to learn after I have a session.
