I have been meditating for 13 years, connecting with spirit and guidance. I am a seeker of Truth. I have been a theater teacher and taught spiritual techniques on how to unite art and spirit. At a point in my life, I decided to leave everything to go deeper into my search of Truth and come into contact with my own true nature.
I lived in India for 1 year as a monk in the Kriya Yoga tradition, where I have studied intensely, experienced deeply, and served people. One day I realized that my purpose is to help people "in the world" to apply spiritual principles in order to have material, mental and spiritual development. Through this service we would both grow, me and them. I live in Thailand now. A nice place where I have time to write and give my services.
