What can you expect when you come to me for a session? Above all, I am here to truly help you, not amaze you. I respect the gifts that God has given me and I aspire to use them to benefit and encourage others. The first few minutes of the session will be time for both of us to get settled. This free time is also for you to share what you need or want to share, ask questions --whatever you would like to ask---this time is for you and I both to get comfortable with each other before starting a hired session. I have found it benefits both of us. One tip--always, always ask the question that is truly on your heart --if you want the real answers, please ask the real questions that are tugging at you. After that, if we're both comfortable, I will be happy to move into a hired session to address the concerns you've brought to the table. There is never a pressure to hire. If you do not feel connected to me as an advisor, I will completely understand and wish you well. I value your time and your experience and that is the reason for the prehire comfort zone time. It gives us a chance to get more personal. I do believe in making sessions personal, comfortable and helpful.
