I will provide members with troubleshooting questions about there Windows 98 and Mircosoft applications im young with experience and i am trying to bring a whole different look on helping people by helping with simple steps. When i help someone, im learning as much as they are.I dont have all the answers but i have what i know for you. If i dont have the answer i will get it less than the time we are on the phone, chat or the email. I dont give big techical terms like some of the other Experts do (only if necessary)to gear you off track. I like to help and be helped.
