I have been practicing Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine since 1992 and began my study of Alternative Medicine in 1972, including 3 years in India. I specialize in the use of Diet, Nutrition, Ayurvedic and Chinese Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture for Insomnia, Depression, Anxiety, Asthma, Digestive Disorders, Chronic Constipation, Irritible Bowel, Menopause and Menstrual Disorders, Arthritis and Pain.

I have been in private practice in San Diego, California since 1992. I have been a Subject Matter Expert for the Califonria Acupuncture Licensing Exam. I taught Chinese Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, and Medical History at Pacific College for 5 years. I studied in Tamil Nadu, India, for 3 years with noted Yogi and Siddha Vaidhya Yogi Ramaiah. Author of "Living with the Seasons" in the Jade Dragon online journal.
