Nor do they have the procurement expertise to cost effectively and efficiently acquaire goods and services.

Experience & Qualifications

Brian E. Mosby, C.P.M. is FPS' managing director. He has over 25 years of corporate experience working on global projects in the engineering and construction industry. Brian is a lifetime certified purchasing manager from the Institute of Supply Management, and was educated at Grambling State University, receiving a B.S. in industrial technology. He has done continuing education and graduate studies in Procurement and Acquisitions Management at Webster University. Brian previously held positions at CH2M Hill and Black & Veatch as a project procurement manager, Bath Iron Works as a material project manager, and Bechtel as a materials coordinator.
