Reiki is a form of therapeutic touch or hands on healing that will help you maintain a balance between mind, body and spirit. Reiki provides you with a deep relaxation and inner peace to assist you to handle the everyday stressors of life. I am both a Reiki therapist and teacher and can provide you with the therapy or teach you to do it yourself.
