As a FEA training director, I coached the employees of CAE section in FEA and helped them to edit the documents on FEA procedures and methods. I completed five FEA projects about truck chassis frame reducing material during this period. One of these projects was from Baosteel Group Corporation (www.baosteel.com). If all the recommendations of these five projects were taken, the cost reduction would be up to 3 to 5 million (RMB) in one year.
Hoff and Associates Inc.(BeiJing) (www.hoff.com) (2005 - 2007)
As a team leader, I implemented FEA consultation projects for the automobile corporations and other corporations in USA and Canada, such as JCI,GM,FORD,CHRYSLER,BOEING and so on.

Working at R&D Center in Heavy Truck Department, I successively performed truck chassis design, power and economic performance simulation of heavy truck and FEA of heavy truck chassis frame.

Project experiences--------------
Training employees of CAE section of SXQC GROUP in the field of FEA, the relevant FEA software are HYPERMESH, ABAQUS, NASTRAN, LSTC-DYNA.
HONDA Accord(2008 )2nd Row Seat, performed standard FEA procedure such as FMVSS207/210, Front Impact, and Rear Impact.
TOYOTA Land Cruiser 470L 2nd Row Seat 60% Side, performed standard FEA procedure such as Rear Impact using the Madymo dummys.
FORD Lincoln (D385)Rear Bumper Design, Design the rear bumper depending on the FEA results.
The military truck BJ1161, implemented Simulation of power and economic performance for this heavy truck.
Calculated the axis loads of the heavy truck BJ1181 based on the rigid body dynamic software MSC.ADAMS
