I was in the business before they came out with all the tricky loans. All that was offered was A paper Conventional loans where you had to put 20% down,FHA and VA loans were the only options. I have followed just about every type of new loan out there, if there is one I am not familiar with, I can also advise you by checking my resources. (It may be an illegal transaction) Contract for deed, sellercarrybacks and all kinds of financing I am aware of with respect to mortgages.
