Experience & Qualifications

I have been helping women for 10 years to lose weight and keep it off. I am fully well-read on nutrition and fitness -- it will be hard to find someone who knows more about weight loss than I do. I myself am among my most successful clients. My family has a history of obesity and related health problems. When I saw myself slowly gaining weight, I set my mind to losing it. I lost 40 pounds over the course of 5 months, and have kept it off for 10 years (and counting!). I went from a size 10 to a size 0/2. Through a combination of making healthy choices when dining out and cooking, and incorporating a light cardio routine, I have successfully made a lifestyle change and kept off weight for a decade without yo-yo-ing. I am much happier at my current weight and I love the way I look. I look forward to helping you feel as good as I do!
