I have extensive experience in ISP and Datacenter environments.
Having worked for 7 years for Internet Service Providers and colocation operators, I have advanced from technician to regional chief sysadmin.
I have hands-on experience with layer1/2 technologies: fiber-optics, ethernet, PDH, various radio technologies (2.4, 3.5, 5.x, 11GHz), troubleshooting and extending metropolitan WAN networks.
In the datacenter environment, I have worked on the "managed" services: server troubleshooting and optimizations, task-oriented OS streamlining, even went into DBA territory.
Indulging my "life-hacking" passion, I have recently moved from corporate world to freelancing & entrepreneurship. I will be using the LivePerson online platform to better organize my remote consulting work.
