My Expert Service

As a Traditional Naturopathic Practitioner, I believe healing can only take place when all aspects of an individual are addressed – the relationship between the body, mind, and spirit is of critical importance in achieving good health. By utilizing methods and practices that have been successfully applied for centuries along with some of the most current contemporary natural therapies, I attempt to empower individuals to regain the ability to live in the best possible state of health.
I specialize in Energy Therapies. It is my belief that the most damage to one’s health is done at the subtle energy level and that the most powerful healing takes place through and within the individual’s energy fields. With this in mind, my primary modalities are Emotional Freedom Technique, Resonance/Complex Homeopathy, Flower Essences and Aromatherapy. I also incorporate cutting-edge nutritional and herbal formulas into what can be considered a total health program.
***Tenets of Naturopathy***
1.The healing power of nature -
The belief that the body has the innate ability to heal itself and it is the Practitioner’s role to facilitate this natural process.
2.Identify and treat the cause -
The underlying root causes of disease must be removed for complete healing to take place. These root causes can exist at many levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. It is the Practitioner’s role to identify this root cause so that health may be restored.
3.First do no harm -
The process of healing includes the manifestations of symptoms, so that any therapy that interferes with this natural healing process by masking these symptoms is considered suppressive and should be avoided. The natural life force of the individual should be supported to facilitate healing.
4.Treat the whole person -
Every individual deserves a personalized healing plan. All of the complex factors affecting a person's health and illness should always be considered.
5.The Practitioner as teacher -
It is the role of the Practitioner to educate an individual, thus encouraging the individual to take responsibility for their own health. This cooperative relationship between “teacher” and “student” is essential to healing.
6.Prevention -
The ultimate goal of the Naturopath is prevention. The Naturopathic emphasis is always on building and promoting health and well being and not on treating illness and disease.
