I started my own business when I was 12 years old. Other than a stint in the military and then less than 6 months as an employee, I have always had my own businesses. My passion lies in the transformation of business, taking an average business and making it world class. The focus is always on Customers, Staff, Training, The USP and of course the Bottom Line. Its a combination that has served me well. Business shouldn't be hard, it should be enjoyable and profitable. I know from experience it can be.
I have sat on several boards, including a brief period as a marker for a university entrepeneurship program. I take a personnal approach when advising sprinkled with a little "education" so you can maximise on the experience.

Very Simply, I turned a one man operation into a National brand which was subsequently purchased by a public company. Its one's duty to give back to the community hence I have sat on several boards which include Australian Electronic and Electrical Manufacturing Association, currently the President of the Australian Industry and Defence Network. I have also mentored several small businesses including an Electronic R&D company, Presentation Company, Basket Company, Calibration Company and many more. My experience includes building my own businesses. I was an finalist in the Ernst and Youny Entrepenuer of the Year. My expertise is in strategic visioning ... I can "see" the future of your business and then shape those pieces of the puzzle to ensure the future is realised.
