Robert LoCascio, Founder and CEO

Robert LoCascio is the Founder and CEO of LivePerson, Inc., a leader in intelligent engagement solutions that allow companies to create meaningful online connections with their customers.

Robert founded LivePerson in 1997 and has led the company from its infancy into what it is today, a thriving company with global presence in New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Atlanta, London, Melbourne and Tel Aviv. Prior to LivePerson, Robert was the Founder and CEO of IKON (Sybarite Media, Inc.), a developer of interactive public kiosks.

In 2010 Robert was named Person of the Day by The Huffington Post and received the Growth, Innovation and Leadership CEO of the Year award from Frost & Sullivan. Committed to connecting through community, Robert founded FeedingNYC, a volunteer-based organization which delivers Thanksgiving Day meals to thousands of families in need throughout New York City.

Robert holds a B.A. from Loyola College.

Daniel Murphy, CFO

Dan brings to LivePerson more than 20 years of broad experience in senior management, corporate finance and accounting roles. As the Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for the financial, operational and administrative procedures of the Company.

Prior to joining LivePerson, Dan served as CFO at Conductor, Inc. a maker of a SAAS platform focused on search engine optimization for enterprise customers, and also served as SVP and chief financial officer of Marketing Technology Solutions. Prior to that, Mr. Murphy spent for 13 years at Thomson Financial (now Thomson Reuters), a leading global information services company, where he held several management and finance roles of increasing responsibility and complexity, serving as CFO of multiple business units, including the then $1.6 billion Sales, Marketing and Services Organization for the financial services vertical, and supporting many successful acquisitions, as well as integrations of new products and businesses.

Dan received a Bachelor's degree in business administration from Saint Bonaventure University.

Eli Campo, EVP and GM, Technology Operations - Israel

Eli oversees LivePerson's Israel-based customer support and R&D groups and is responsible for ensuring that the Company's infrastructure scales to meet the demands of future growth.

Prior to LivePerson, Eli was general manager of eBay's Israel operations, leading the Company's R&D and product catalog operations centers in Israel. He joined eBay through the acquisition of Shopping.com, where he began in 2001 as SVP engineering and operations and was instrumental in growing the Company from start-up to a public company with over $150 million in revenue. Eli also served as co-CEO of EarthNoise, a video file-sharing site, and held several positions of increasing responsibility at NCC from 1993 to 2000.

Eli holds a B.A. with honors in physics from Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Monica Greenberg, SVP, Business Affairs and General Counsel

Monica oversees LivePerson's legal affairs and is responsible for a wide variety of corporate and strategic matters. Monica brings to LivePerson extensive legal experience in the technology and Internet industries.

Prior to joining LivePerson, Monica served as vice president, general counsel of Nuance Communications, Inc., a leading provider of speech recognition software. Previously, Monica was associated with the law firms of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, CA and Willkie Farr & Gallagher in New York, NY.

Monica holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law where she was a member of the Boston University Law Review, and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
