I have been in the food business for over 20 years. I have done every job from washing dishes to building and designing of restaurants. I am very passionate about food and cooking and have travelled around the world and eaten many different styles of cuisine. Worked as a chef for private clients for 15 years. I have catered weddings, birthdays and holiday parties for the last 10 years.
