My Expert Service
I am a member of the Washington State Bar Association (#32209), and I have practiced law in Washington State since 2002. I have worked for the Spokane County Public Defender's Office and for the Spokane County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. I have also worked for the Grant County Public Defender's Office. I am currently in private practice in Spokane, Washington, serving those accused of misdemeanor and felony crimes. I am most conversant with Washington law, but I am also able to answer general questions about criminal law and to research and answer specific questions in any jurisdiction within the United States.

Experience & Qualifications
I am originally from West Virginia. I received bachelor's and master's degrees from West Virginia University. I Frank attended Gonzaga University School of Law. After passing the bar, I worked for several years as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Spokane County. I have also worked at the Spokane County Public Defender's Office and the Grant County Office of Public Defense. I am very proud of the rights we have in America, and I believe everybody should be able to enjoy those rights. As a prosecutor and as a defense attorney, I have always maintained I never dealt with criminals. Instead, I dealt with people who happened to be accused of crimes.
