Position: Technical Consultant: Wrote Software to create statement files that are
File-transferred to PC based application used for internet banking. Also created
test files for Texas State Savings Banking Conversion. Also aided operations during
system testing handling any type of abends that would occur.
Keybank, Cleveland, OH
Position: Business Analyst: Developed project plan and program specifications to utilize
IBM’S Parallel Sysplex. Defined CICS and DB2 program changes so Parallel Sysplex
would function correctly. The use of Parallel Sysplex allows Keybank to continue
processing no matter what type of outage occurs.

July 1991 to November 1997
Position: Project Leader/Business Analyst: Lead development team to interface and
rewrite two PC applications using intranet solution. Responsible for project plan,
program specifications, user interfaces, and employees assigned to project. Wrote
WEBSPHERE interfaces to migrate data to from PC base applications to mainframe.
Position: Project Leader: Parts Bin Project: Developed system to eliminate the reordering
of parts that reduces USAIRWAYS inventory.
Addition duties were: Maintenance and small project, new hire training, on call support
and supervision of 1 to 3 employees depending on project. Also, developed monthly
block bid system to convert manual system to automated system. Implemented mandated
pilot and flight attendant contract changes.

J&L Specialty Steel, Midland, PA -- IMS DB/DC (2 Years)
Successfully wrote J&L’S Grind Data system to conform to MIS standards
and procedures. Additional responsibilities included major enhancements to Railcar system,
Claims system, Mapps system, Project Management system, and Heat Expansion system.
Assisted in training junior level personnel in COBOL, JCL and IMS.
Equibank, Pittsburgh, PA -- CICS, VSAM (1 Year)
Installed Shaw Commercial Loan system and wrote conversion program to load
account data to new file. Also, installed and supported Shaw Mortgage system.
Blue Cross, Pittsburgh, PA -- CICS (4 Years)
Responsible for new development on Membership Billing System. Duties included
program specifications, coding CICS background tasks, user walk through and training.
