I received my Master’s degree in Psychological Counseling and Guidance from the University of Washington. I have worked as a counselor in numerous colleges in Washington State as well as in the public school system and in community agencies. I am eclectic and holistic in her approach and have an extensive background in personal, career, and academic counseling. I can assist you in areas of depression, anxiety, self-esteem, stress, career decision making, and relationships. I am a client-centered, empathetic listener who will focus on your concerns, clarify, suggest, and help you to take the next steps towards resolution. I believe that all people can make positive changes in their lives and that a good counselor supports you and challenge you to grow.
