I got my start as a line cook. I quickly moved up to become the head pastry chef for a major, world wide upscale hotel chain. It was not only my job to prepare desserts for the guests, but also to prepare banquets for huge corporations. Through my own business, I have catered serveral dozen showers, open houses, and birthday parties. I prepare and sell pre-cooked holiday dinners.Including, but not limited to: turkey, ham, duck, sweet potatoes, candied yams, collard greens, macaroni casserole, beans, dressing, gravy, pies, cakes, and everythinng in between. I bake at home for my family at least twice a week and cook daily.
