My Expert Service

I provide sound advice and education on technology that you may already have, or may be looking to purchase. I am not a web designer, Networking Specialist, or a computer Nerd. What I do is to assist and in some instances personally train individuals with real world technology questions from how to put together a powerpoint presentation, to how to use your new GPS. I provide sound advice and remote assistance using normal english not Geek Speak. I am an excellent communicator with an extensive background in assisting the average Joe (or Jane) with their basic Technology need.

Experience & Qualifications

From the day that my father got his first cell phone (or car phone as they were called then) to working over seas managing the technology of a 30+ employee non profit company, I have been the guy that everyone calls to help with their basic computer, and basic gadget needs. I have advised individuals and companies on how to streamline their database, to what cell phone to buy. I teach others to create presentations, and set up an email account. I find inexpensive, and in many cases free solutions to technology delimas. Most of all I use plain english, to help others to get the most out of their new techno toy.
