ABOUT COSMIC RHYTHM
Cosmic Rhythm is the Spiritual Retreat Centre for transformation. Along with the commitment of Reiki energy, it also incorporates holistic approach in itself by conducting psycho spiritual workshop like Enlightenment Intensives, Past Life Workshop and various other spiritual meditation workshop catering to all walks of Life.
This place is beyond any school of thought and above any bondages as we speak, listen, dance and sing in one language and through one medium of LOVE. People possessing any belief system come under a roof to experience unconditional love. The discipline here does not restrict but persuades to be AWARE. Healing humans, nature, plants, animals, time, space and relationships or in one word healing negativity is the central point of this place.
Cosmic Rhythm is not one organization but it produces organizations. It strongly believes in the 'institution' that exists in each individual. Our work is to groom that infant into an adult to spread the essence of love and explore in his / her unique way. Thus an individual attains optimum to serve thy self maximally in her unique and expert way.
REIKI HEALING
The word Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy- the same energy, which brings forth all life in the universe and nourishes it. Reiki is a healing method based on the transfer of this universal life energy.
In the late 19th century Dr. Mikao Usui rediscovered the key which led to the recovery of a thousand-year-old tradition of healing in 2500 year old Sanskrit Sutras.
Reiki is an integrated system of healing working on all levels of being- body, mind, emotions & spirit. Reiki is gentle, non-invasive, yet powerful in its effectiveness. It addresses not only the symptom but also the cause of disease, so that we can release it and heal it. It is not a religion or belief system. We are working with Love energy.
First Degree Reiki
During the first degree seminar (approx. 14-16 hours spread over a period of two days) a series of four attunements are given by a traditional Reiki Master. In this process, certain energy centres, also known as 'Chakras', are opened to enable the person to channel (and vibrate) a higher amount of Universal Life Force Energy.
After this, one can lay his / her hands on another person and transfer Reiki to help accelerate the healing process. The other person draws in just the right amount of this life force energy that he / she needs to absorb, activate or to transform the energy of the physical, mental and etheric bodies.
Second Degree Reiki
Our experiences with Reiki can be further taken to greater heights by learning the Second Degree which provides us with an opportunity to attune to higher levels of Reiki energy. The initiations of Second Degree also attune a person to the power keys or symbols, which are used at this level to perform absentee and a stronger form of mental / emotional healing.
Reiki second degree helps us to perform absentee healing, thus enabling the energy to flow beyond space and time to heal person, objects, desires, intentions, situations and relationships. At this level one beings to wake up to further dimensions of one's higher self.

I am a traditional Reiki master from Cosmic Rhythm with an experience of 10 years, based in Mathura. I conduct Reiki classes in Mathura, Vrindavan and in house Reiki programs all over India. Reiki is an ancient art of natural healing, which is easy to learn and extremely effective for relaxation and energisation. Reiki works on mental, physical, emotional and spiritual levels promoting healing, increasing concentration, communication, confidence & memory power. It also relieves aches and pains, de-stress and creates harmony. We conduct individual and group sessions, also for corporates. Come and explore the beautiful world of Reiki.
