Hi, I've been repairing pc's for home users and business clients for the last 13 years. I have rebuilt networks based in UNIX, Linux, Windows, Novell, and Cisco. My programming accomplishments are also well versed, any database or programming needs that you may have, C/C++, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, PSLan. I also have 7 years experience in over the chat, email, and phone technical assistance and 13 years of face to face, onsite service. For the previous 3 years I was employed with an Identity Management firm in their customer based technical support and IT divisions.
