I am very customer oriented, without customers we had no reason to be there. I was able to find problems in store ie theft, customer relation, and training issues.

I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 30 years 25+ of these years were in management. I was responsible for inventory, scheduling, ordering, and training. I developed training manuals for employees and management. Was responsible for the setup, implement, and training at new store locations. I trained management and hourly employees. I also have taught Managers how to deal and handle purveyors and salesmen. I am very detail oriented. I also did basically the same things in the convenience store industries for over 15 years. Some of these locations were restaurant included locations.
