Was not intuitive, did not give any indication that the issue was understood... it was NOT bad news, so I am not rating because I am upset about something I didn't want to hear... I am rating poorly because there was absolutely NOTHING psychic about this answer... then, when I didn't pay RIGHT AWAY because I had gone to BED... I got a nasty email saying that he had answered my questions as quick as possible and expected to be PAID as quick as possible.. HORRIBLE reader.
