I hold a degree as a Medical Office Assistant. I am familiar with transcription and coding. I am also finishing up my BS as a Health Educator. I am able to help individuals, businesses, organizations, and communities find information and solutions to health question. One of my main areas of interest are community health and individual chronic health problems and solving ways to address these problems. Sifting through the maze of medical information can be difficult at best for the lay person. I am also very good at developing ideas and programs for communities that encompass health issues such as diabetes, childhood obesity, smoking etc.

Experience & Qualifications

Six and a half years in the working in the hospital environment, 15 years as a Girl Scout leader and 20 as a program planner. I am also disabled and have had to deal with the problem of access to medical care first hand.
