My years of coaching have allowed me to see how people look at each other and I have found may ways to help people see how ours think. In relationships communication is the main problem I have found many ways to help both men and women to hear and talk to their mates or friends. My training in military taugh me that communication is a must and seeing how the military can affect a relationship helped me to see why people breakup and how to help them stay together and martial arts have taught me to be proud and happy with myself and have given me the ability to see the good in people and bring it out.

I had a rocky first marriage which lead me to go into training for self improvement, this is what got me in life coaching and I have made both myself and others feel better about life. I found that communicating in a health way can help most relationships and being able to hear what other says by their unspoken words can tell you much. I have helped many people to see both reasons to stay together and also reasons to leave for both their emotional states.
