I will provide information on healthy cooking, women's nutrition, and healthy aging. I believe that good nutrition and physical activity are the cornerstones for a healthy lifestyle. For people who are wanting or needing to make lifestyle changes, I can provide suggestions for incremental changes they can make. I can also provide menus, recipes, and other tools for lifestyle change.
