I've personally invested in and rehabbed residential properties over the past five years for both buy and hold, and for flips. My clients benefit from my knowledge of locating, financing, and managing properties for long-term profits or short-term profits. In addition, the company has a home staging division which has been featured on A&E TV's "Flip This House".
I hold an M.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. My professional experience having worked on Wall Street allows me to bring a very detailed, analytical approach to investing that many investors don't utilize.
