the basis of a combination of Confucicus Philosophy, CHinese Astrology and Chinese 5 elements.
Chinese Philosophy stresses the 5 elements: fire, water, soil, metal and wood. These 5 elements need to be in harmony for prosprity, and if they are in conflict, it symbolises problems.
An application of Chinese Philosophy in life is that each element symbolises different forces, fire symbolises rules and boundries, water symbolises creativity and freedom, metal symbolises strength and force of innovation and change, soil stresses belief and permanace and finally wood symbolises benevolence and ideas.
Chinese Astrology Chart is done on the basis of your date of birth, your time of birth
approx and your birthplace. Chinese 5 elements reading are done on the basis of
that as well. Chinese astrology chart contains 144 stars, and each star plays a
different role in your chart.
The chart is basically divided into 12 palaces,
your palace of life represents your life as a whole, your palace of fraternity
represents those you have a close bond with apart from romantic relationship,
your palace of marriage represents your romantic relationship as well as your
marriage, your palace of offspring represents those you're dependent on you,
your palace of material represents your attitude and values towards material
life, your palace of illness represents your health constitution, your palace of
movement represents your life outside your home and your birthplace, your palace
of acquaintance represents those you do know very well, your palace of career
represents your career path, your palace of wealth represents your material
possessions, your palace of well-being represents your inner self, your palace
of paternity represents those who has power over you. Basically the 144 stars
are located in each of these palaces, and they dictate the nature of these
palaces in your chart. For example, if your palaces of paternity have some bad
stars, it may represent a troublesome relationship with your parents, e.g.
father abandoning you when you were a child.
For each individual, the Chinese Astrology chart
basically summaries your life as a whole, and that's represented by your 12
palaces.
However, for every 10 years, there'll be a new
set of stars in each of our palace and this means that our life is changing
every 10 years as shown by the new set of stars. For example, in the past 10
years, I might be making no money at all, but the 10 years ahead I’ll become a
billionaire.
For each year, there'll also be a new set of
stars in our palace.
