I teach people how to be Patient Advocates. In the complex world of medical provision, there is no avenue available for individuals to understand the complex maze of doctors, hospitals,emergency rooms, surgery, medical insurance and other influences like pharmaceuticals and diagnostic testing. When an emergent situation occurs they have no experience, they don't know what questions to ask, what the patient's choices are, and they are totally at the mercy of the system, often with catastrophic results.
With 28 years of executive medical marketing and sales experience in Hospitals and Physicians Offices, and currently as a Patient Advocate to dozens of clients, I am an expert to people on how to operate within today's broken system to become a winning survivor.
