Currently I am working with consultancy firm as ASST HR MANAGER. My responsibilities are Conducting interviews, job posting, keep in touch with multinational organizations, recruitment agencies, local organizations, educational institutions. To guide the managers and other employees in matters related to career development, Staffing initiatives, employee relations, workplace ethics and performance management. Conducts orientation programs for employee motivation in order to direct them towards the organizational goals, Planning, supervising and coordinating the activities related to employment, labor relations, and compensation and employee relations, Designing and organizing employee training programs for safety issue, Conducting exit interviews during employee terminations and resignations, Designing, developing and administering special projects like savings pay equity, employee awards.
Before that I worked with multinational textile company as Training and Development officer and there my responsibilities were to assist them in planning Orientation and Induction activities, provide assistance in TNA activities (e.g. Standardized evaluation according to their designation, personal employee evaluation, GAP analysis, Succession planning etc). To provide new ideas regarding trainings plans.
