I have owned/operated a Personal Training business for many years having had experience working with individuals ranging from athletes to beginners as well as 'Special Populus'. I am extremely detail oriented as well as highly motivational in what I do.
I am a P.T.as well as a Licensed Massage Therapist.I also hold a B.S.in Business from F.S.U.
I have 're-located'to the Lower Keys of Florida where I continue to maintain clients in several states.
