I have over 15 years of customer service experience. I would like to utilize what I have learned to accomplish all my goals for a new company. I also have about 5-7 years in the Sales field. I really enjoy working alone or with a team. I am a great team leader as well as a player. I like to get jobs done neat and in a timely manner. I look forward to hopefully getting an opportunity to get a job through this company.

Experience & Qualifications

One specific eperience and qualification that I have is that I have over 15 years in customer service experience. Other experiences and qualifications are as follows: I really enjoy working with people either in person, e-mail, or through phone conversation. I have been told that I do well in sales because I at least make my quota and most of the time have gone over it. It comes natural to me once I get to know the product. I am also a quick learner . I also have knowledge of computer software such as Microst Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. I love to be busy and I am great at multitasking. I know a lot about management and how to handle certain situations weather they are good or bad. I also do administrative work such as answering calls, booking customers for free estimates, and scheduling appointments. I also have done some accounts payable or receivable, writing up job proposals, data entry, inventory, using calculators,and using cash registers. I have also waitressed and bartending with great customer service and the correct training that I received from an employee that had already retired from there. I have trained the right employees on how to wait, bus, and set the dining room as well as the banquet rooms perfect, I also taght them to fold napkins for the dining roon and make fan napkins for the banquets. I have to do the scheduling for the time sheets and the employees achedules for the week. I have also been a public realations coodinator which I coodinated and managed or ran many banquets as wel as assisted the manager with over-seeing staff resposibities and making sure that everyone is doing their job correctly and making sure that ALL the customers are satisfied with the service that they received. At the end of the shift or night once we close, I also was in charge of making sure that the dining room and kitchen staff had finished ALL of their side work before I would tip them out for the night. I certainly learned a lot about different varieties of fine wines that we try and sell with different meals seeing that the owner of The Lincroft Inn has a huge wine seller for the red wines and a wine cooler for the white wines. I was responsible to go to each table that came in and offered them the wine list hoping that they would order some. I noticed that once that they decided what they were going to order for lunch or dinner, I would recommend a wine that would go with that meal. Most of the wait staff when I was working there rather me go to the table and serve the wine if the customers ordered it. I would try and show some of the employees how it was done. For instance if the genkeman orders the wui=ine, you woukd go to the table, open the wine there, most of the time, they like ti smell the cork and you would just put a taste in his wine glass and then you would fill up the lady's glass and go back and continue to fill his up. I had to do a lot of inventory, ordering supplies as well as food. I would even get there by 9 am and if they needed me on the floor as a server or for a banquet, I would have a clean change of clothes with me hung up in the back closet and would jump right in and help my staff even if my shft was done. I would sometimes put in abot 10-15 hrs a day. I didn't mind seeing I was making some money at the time. Also, if I was needed to bartend for the banquets or even hostess for the dining room, I did that as well.... I am definately a team player as well as a leader.
