As an experienced infant massage instructor and holistic therapist specialising in pregnancy, birth and early days treatments (plus a mum of two under 5) I have worked with and helped many parents and offer practical tips to help with crying babies, colic, reflux, wind, constipation, routines, PND and bonding issues, breastfeeding (not a trained consultant - just an ex feeding mum!), emotional concerns and well, just being a lended ear.
