Your Average Daily Revenue

Your average daily revenue indicates the average revenue from all paid sessions on LivePerson conducted within the last 60 days (or within the total number of days the account was active). In order for your average daily revenue to be unaffected, please remember to inactivate your LivePerson account whenever you are unavailable or simply too busy to respond to new requests or take on new projects so that your position on the category listings page is not effected by your period of inactivity.

For example, if you take a 10-day vacation and you inactivate your account for the 10 days that you will not be able to provide service to clients on LivePerson, your average daily revenue will be calculated for the 50 days that your account was active, instead of the entire 60 days.

Alternatively, if you take a 10-day vacation and you do not inactivate your account, your average daily revenue will be calculated for the entire 60 days. Since you will not be conducting any paid sessions during your vacation days, your average daily revenue will change and, consequently, your position on the category listings will be effected. Therefore, we highly recommend that you inactivate your account whenever you are unavailable to respond to new requests.

Your average daily revenue affects your positioning on the category listings pages.
